"Deluxe Tyrolean Roulette" is a classic game of luck for the whole family. The wheel is spun to place the coloured balls into the holes on the board. The number of points for each hole is marked on the board. If a wood-coloured ball lands in a hole, the player receives the number of points indicated on the board. Green balls score double points and the red balls score minus points. The first player to reach 1000 points wins the game. The game features an attractive wooden design. For 2 players from 6 years of age.

Deluxe Lucky 6
606102046€11.99
The perfect game for fun gambling! Each player takes turns to throw the die. The player who throws the highest number then goes first. In the first round, you can only throw the die once. In subsequent rounds, there is no limit to the number of throws. If you throw a 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, you can insert a wooden peg into the corresponding hole on the box lid, provided that the hole is not already occupied. If you throw a 6, you can drop the wooden peg into the corresponding hole; this peg is then eliminated from the game. If the hole corresponding to the number on the die is already occupied by another peg, you must remove this peg and add it to your remaining pegs; this is the end of your turn. The first player to play all of their pegs is the winner. The traditional wooden dice game "Deluxe Lucky 6" is suitable for 2 to 6 players aged 6 and above.

Reverse Cardgame
606264524€8.99
Put your thinking skills to the test in this action-packed game! The funny and creative card game “Gegenteil-Spiel” is perfect for family evenings or parties. It requires you to think outside the box and find the opposite answer. In each round, one of the categories (question, action, reverse, word pairs, colour chaos, or flip) is chosen at random. The person whose turn it is reads one of the corresponding task cards, and the other players must try to find the solution as quickly as possible. However, in this game the aim is to find the opposite answer! For example, instead of answering “yes”, you should answer “no”. Instead of raising your hand you should lower it, and words which are read backwards must be named correctly (i.e. read forwards). The first person to lose their 20 points by giving correct answers wins the game! The entertaining brain-teasing game “Gegenteil-Spiel” is designed for 3-6 players aged 10 and above, and is guaranteed to keep you smiling! One round of the action-packed game takes approximately 20 minutes.

Deluxe Kalaha
606101981€18.99
The classic game "Deluxe Kalaha" requires you to collect more glass beads than your opponent. The game has historical roots and belongs to the mancala family of games. To begin with, all of the glass beads are distributed between the 12 circular pits on the wooden board. Each player controls the six pits on their side of the board, as well the large pit to their right (the so-called ‘Kalaha’ or ‘store’). On a turn, the player removes all the beads from one of the pits under their control and distributes the beads one by one to the adjacent pits, moving in a counter-clockwise direction, including the player’s own store and their opponent’s pits. Once a bead is placed in the kalaha, it is safe and remains there until the end of the game. The game ends when one player no longer has any beads in any of their pits. The player who has collected the most beads in their store is the winner. The historical tactical game "Deluxe Kalaha" is made from high-quality materials and suitable for 2 players aged 6 and above.

What is a parlour game?
Party and parlour games are the counterpart to solo games. They are not meant for single players, but for playing together with at least one other player. They are therefore the perfect games for family get-togethers or meetings with friends.
What types of parlour games are there?
Parlour games are available in a wide variety, so there is something for everyone. For example, parlour games, dice games, card games, games for two or more players, team games and games that are considered particularly educational and beneficial.
Who can and should play parlour games?
In principle – everyone. Of course, it is important that the games fit the age of the players. In particular, they should not overtax the youngest player. If necessary, the youngest player can be supported and accompanied by an older player.
Games intended for very young children from the age of three should have only a few, basic rules. Products that can be set up quickly and whose game rounds last a maximum of 10 to 15 minutes are optimal. After all, there are narrow limits to toddlers' ability to concentrate.
Children of pre-school age can cope with somewhat more complicated games. Products with a high support effect are recommended here, which, for example, address school-relevant topics. From primary school age, a game can last up to 30 minutes because children of this age already have a much longer attention span.
If the parlour game is to appeal to children from ten or even twelve years of age, it must not be too simple – otherwise boredom is inevitable. Team games, puzzles, and games that challenge dexterity and logical thinking are excellent.
What advantages do parlour games have?
Parlour games provide kids, young people and adults with versatile added value, which we will now have a closer look at:
Tradition and cultural heritage
Considering that games have been part of human interaction for thousands of years, they are a valuable cultural asset. They have a long tradition that you can bring to your child while playing.
Intergenerational
Whether preschooler, teen, parent or grandparent, parlour games typically appeal to players of different ages. This makes them a great activity for the whole family.
Promoting social interaction
Playing together provides ample space for exchange and rapprochement. Younger children in particular benefit from this opportunity to practise interpersonal interaction in a safe environment.
Useful and inexpensive pastime
One or two party games, a few motivated players and perhaps a tasty snack: that's all you need for the perfect games evening. The result is an inexpensive pastime that remains in your memory as a wonderful shared experience.
Alternation of digital media
Do you want to help your child find a healthy balance when it comes to digital media? Then put away the mobile phone and bring on the parlour game! The battery can't fail either.
Language promotion
When players consult with each other, work out a strategy, discuss options and exchange ideas, effective promotion of language skills takes place. This promotional effect is particularly beneficial for younger children from the age of three.
Promoting numerical reasoning
Pre-school children can also use parlour games to train their understanding of numbers. This applies, for example, to dice games in which eyes have to be counted and added up continuously.
Promotion of emotion processing: wanting to win, being able to lose
Emotion processing is an area in which kids – from toddlers to primary school children – are constantly developing. How convenient that children automatically come into contact with their emotions when playing, with everything from pride and joy to tension, anger, and disappointment.
Developing an understanding of rules
No child's life is complete without rules. Through play, your child has the opportunity to get used to understanding and following rules. This is especially interesting for toddlers and preschoolers.
What should you look for when buying party and parlour games?
If you take these aspects into account when choosing a family parlour game, you minimise the risk of making a wrong purchase:
Number of players, playing time and set-up time
Think about how many players you want your game to be playable with, how long a round should last, and how complex the construction should be. When it comes to the duration of the game and the construction, be sure to consider the age of the youngest player.
Accessories
Find out if there are any accessories for the game of your choice. If so, are the extras included in the scope of delivery?
Age recommendation
Observe the age recommendation of the manufacturer. You will find this information in the product description.
