Each round starts with both players taking 1 sheet and drawing their buoyancy fleet into the own pool while keeping the layout hidden from view. The coordinate system uses rows A to J and columns 1 to 10, so every turn is played by naming a letter and a number to target a square. The fleet is made up of 1 SUP, 2 swim noodles, 3 air mattresses and 1 rubber ring. These shapes are not placed diagonally, and at least 1 square of water must remain between them, which makes positioning a real tactical choice before the first guess is called. A hit is marked in the opponent pool, water is tracked separately, and a fully sunk shape earns another turn. This clear sequence keeps the pace brisk while giving each sheet enough structure for accurate tracking. With 100 sheets of A5 paper, the pad supports many rounds on holiday, during travel or on relaxed evenings at home. The paper format keeps setup simple: take a sheet, place the fleet, and start calling coordinates until 1 side has sunk the full flotation lineup. The game also fits educational word-and-number practice through repeated use of the grid and coordinate system.
