Deluxe Set - Halma

HALMA Deluxe Set brings the well-known classic to the table with a star-shaped board, 45 wooden figures in red, yellow and blue, and a clear race to reach the opposite side first. Designed for 2-3 players aged 6+, the game combines simple turn structure with forward planning as each move opens or blocks new routes across the centre. Each player starts with 15 figures on the black spaces of one star point and aims to fill the matching target triangle in as few moves as possible. A turn allows either a move to a free adjacent space or a jump over another figure in a straight line, and linked jumps can carry a figure much farther when the layout is read well. The central hexagonal field becomes the key area for building routes, blocking lines and setting up longer chains. The rules also support a 2-player version with opposite starting areas and a solo mode built around reducing the number of moves across repeated attempts, which gives HALMA an educational angle as well as classic head-to-head play. On a family table or in a game round with friends, the colour-coded layout keeps the board state readable even as routes cross in the middle. The wooden figures add a tactile feel when setting up lines, planning jumps and racing for first place while the other players continue for second and third place
